Step 2: Complete Student Identification Form

Step 3: Confirm Assessment Date(s) with the Test Administrator(s)

Step 4: Reserve Room and Allocate Staff for Assessment Day

Step 5: Receive Assessment Materials

Step 6: Meet with Primary Test Administrator

Step 7: Distribute Brochure, Parent/Guardian Letter, and Student Letter

Step 8: Give School Questionnaire Login Form and School Questionnaire Manual to Principal
