Step 3: Confirm Assessment Date(s) with the Test Administrator(s)
CMEC will assign one or more test administrators to administer the PISA assessment in each selected school. The test administrator(s) will contact the school contact in March/April for introductions, to confirm the assessment date(s) and schedule (including the number of sessions required), and to schedule a pre-assessment meeting.
The test administrator will be informed of the three preferred assessment start dates for the school. They will do their best to accommodate one of the preferred dates and will work with the school contact to determine a suitable assessment schedule. However, the preferred dates may need to be adjusted based on device and test administrator availability (test administrators are assigned to multiple schools and there is a limited number of administrators).
