Step 1: Meet the Test Administrator(s)
On the day of the assessment, the test administrator(s) should be at the school at least an hour before the assessment session begins. You or your designated school staff member should meet the test administrator(s) at a predetermined time. The test administrator(s) should then be provided with the printed assessment forms you would have reviewed together during the pre-assessment meeting, which comprise the following: Student Tracking Form, Session Report Form, Student Participation Rates Form, and Student Login Forms. Review the Student Tracking Form for the upcoming assessment session with the test administrator(s) so they can update it as required. Confirm the anticipated session end time so that you and the test administrator(s) can coordinate to meet at that time.
