Step 4: Assessment Wrap-Up

Once the session is complete, you and the test administrator should meet to discuss how the session went and ensure that all the assessment forms have been fully completed.

Once all groups have participated, the test administrator will complete the Student Participation Rates Form to determine whether a makeup session is required. If a makeup session is required, you will set a date with the test administrator for this session. Once ALL sessions have been completed, including a makeup session if required, the test administrator will scan and email the completed forms to CMEC. After scanning the forms, the test administrator should return the physical copies of the forms to you to store in a secure location. CMEC will confirm receipt of the forms and notify you once they are to be destroyed.

If applicable, please also assist the test administrator to return all loan laptops to CMEC using the waybill provided.

Verify with the school principal that they have completed the School Questionnaire; the questionnaire must be completed online by the assessment date or by May 30, 2025, at the latest.
