Every Wednesday from January 15 to March 19, 2025; and, Wednesday, April 2, 16, and 30:
- In English: 12 p.m.-1 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
- In French: 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time)
Attendance is optional. Registration is not required.
