Quality Monitors

On the day of the assessment, PISA quality monitors will visit randomly selected schools and observe the PISA assessment session. The main task of the PISA quality monitor is to document the extent to which testing procedures have been followed and are being implemented by the test administrator(s). The role of the PISA quality monitor is strictly limited to these PISA-related activities. Should your school be selected for this visit, a PISA quality monitor will contact you a few days prior to the assessment to inform you of their visit, to obtain information about the protocol for entering your school, to receive information about when the test administrator is scheduled to arrive, etc. Please do not inform the test administrator(s) that your school has been selected for a quality monitoring visit. If you have any questions about the PISA quality monitor visit, please contact CMEC.
