List of Students

  • Student name: Type the full name (first and last name) of each student enrolled in the class.

  • Provincial Student Number: Enter the provincial student number assigned to the student

  • Date of birth: Enter the date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) of each student enrolled in the class.

  • Sex: Enter the sex of each student listed as follows: F=Female; M=Male; O=Other

  • Special education needs (SEN) code: Input one of the three following codes to identify students with special education needs:
    • Code 1: Functional disability
    • Code 2: Intellectual disability and/or socio-emotional condition
    • Code 3: Limited assessment-language experience

  • Language of assessment: The language of the assessment should be the same as the language of the school system to which the school belongs. If the default language is incorrect, select the correct language of assessment for each student.

  • Teacher information: Enter the name of each student’s language arts teacher for the current school year in the respective column. If a student is not currently enrolled in a language arts class due to a semester schedule, please include the name of the teacher who taught or will teach them language arts in the current school year.
