Step 8: Try a Practice Assessment (Optional)

It is recommended to use the PCAP LockDown Browser to access the Practice Assessment. 

Engaging in a Practice Assessment with students prior to assessment day is optional. The Practice Assessment is a sample assessment to familiarize students, the test administrator, or the school contact with the assessment tools and format.

To access the Practice Assessment:

  1. Open the PCAP LockDown Browser (if using).
  2. Enter the Practice Assessment URL:  HERE
  3. If completing the assessment in French, click on the “Français” link in the top right corner.
  4. Click on “Try a Practice Assessment” to begin.
