Thank you for conducting the PCAP assessment at your school.
Once all the assessment sessions at your school (including any required makeup sessions) are complete, please follow the instructions outlined in the menu on the left-hand side, which provide guidance on returning the completed forms, disposing of unneeded materials, and providing feedback on the PCAP administration at your school.
