List of Students
- Student name: Type the full name (first and last name) of each student enrolled in the class.
- Provincial Number: Enter the provincial number assigned to the student
- Date of birth: Enter the date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) of each student enrolled in the class.
- Sex: Enter the sex of each student listed as follows: F=Female; M=Male; O=Other
- Special education needs (SEN) code: Input one of the three following codes to identify students with special education needs:
- = Students with functional disabilities
- = Students with intellectual and/or emotional disabilities
- = Students with limited assessment-language experience

- Language of assessment: The language of the assessment should be the same as that of mathematics and science instruction. If the default language is incorrect, select the correct language of assessment for each student.
- Teacher information: Enter the name of each student’s mathematics and science teacher in the respective columns. If both subjects are taught by the same teacher, list their name twice for each student.
