B. Enter School Contact Information
The designated school contact will receive all communications and materials related to TIMSS. This contact person can be different from the test administrator.
Enter the school contact’s name, title, phone number (including area code and extension, if applicable), and email address. Ensure that this has been correctly entered, as these will be used as the main methods of communication with CMEC.
If possible, please enter the name and email address of an additional staff member from the school to be copied on all future electronic communications.
Should the TIMSS school contact name and contact information need to be updated, please inform CMEC at TIMSS@cmec.ca.
