B. Enter School Contact Information
The designated school contact will receive all communications and materials related to TIMSS. This contact person can be different from the test administrator.
Enter the school contact’s name, title, phone number (including area code and extension, if applicable), and email address. Ensure that this information has been entered correctly, as CMEC will be required to communicate with the school contact.
If possible, please also enter the name and email address of an additional staff member from the school, to be copied on all future electronic communications.
Should any of the above information need to be updated for the TIMSS school contact, please inform CMEC at timss-teims@cmec.ca.
