The steps below summarize what the school contact and/or test administrator(s) are required to do before, during, and after the assessment to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Before the Assessment

Step 1
  • This section provides instructions on how to complete the School Information Form.
  • The device verification step will allow us to determine the device and internet capacities of your school.

Step 2
  • This section reviews the installation of the PCAP Lockdown Browser with an IT specialist.
  • The PCAP Lockdown Browser needs to be installed to access the assessment.

  • This section provides instructions on how to complete the Student Identification Form.

  • After the assessment, please scan and return the completed forms to CMEC by email at forms@cmec.ca.
  • The school contact will then be asked to complete the School Feedback Survey at their earliest convenience.
