Step 8: Try a Practice Assessment (Optional)

The Practice Assessment is a sample assessment to familiarize students, the test administrator, or the school contact with the assessment tools and format.

Engaging in a Practice Assessment with students prior to assessment day is optional; however, it is highly recommended.

To access the Practice Assessment:

1. Open the PCAP LockDown Browser (if using).
2. If completing the assessment in French, click on the “Français” link in the top right corner.
3.  Click on the “Login” link in the top left corner.
4. Click on “Try a Practice Assessment” to begin.
