The report entitled PCAP-13 2007: Report on the Assessment on 13-Year-Olds in Reading, Mathematics, and Science, presents the first findings from the 2007 PCAP study. PCAP has been designed to determine whether students across Canada reach similar levels of performance in these core disciplines at about the same age, and to complement existing jurisdictional assessments with comparative Canada-wide data on the achievement levels attained by 13-year-old students across the country.
