Step 1: Set Up the Room
On the day of the assessment, the test administrator should be present at least one hour before the assessment session begins, to prepare the room before students arrive.
The following schedule outlines the recommended timeline for the PIRLS administration.

A workstation with a device previously verified for PIRLS compatibility and fully equipped with a keyboard, mouse, and power supply (ensuring sufficient charging of the device) should be prepared for each participating student.
Schools will need to ensure that the room has an internet connection (either through wifi or a network cable).
